How much does it cost to get an Annual Flash Pass Membership (12 Months)?

The price of membership is based on the car wash package:               

                Diamond Package - $395.45 + tax *Only available at GCS 21 Shell, GCS Scheuring Shell, GCS Bay Beach, and West Mason Lightning Wash

                Platinum Package - $395.45 + tax

                Gold Package - $362.45 + tax

                Silver Package - $329.45 + tax *Not available at GCS 21 Shell, GCS Scheuring Shell, GCS Bay Beach, and West Mason Lightning Wash

                SRD Package - $252.45 + tax

How much does it cost to get a Monthly Flash Pass Membership?

The price of membership is based on the car wash package:

               Diamond Package - $35.95/month  *Only available at GCS 21 Shell, GCS Scheuring Shell, GCS Bay Beach, and West Mason Lightning Wash

               Platinum Package - $35.95/month

               Gold Package - $32.95/month

               Silver Package - $29.95/month  *Only available at GCS 21 Shell, GCS Scheuring Shell, GCS Bay Beach, and West Mason Lightning Wash

               SRD Package - $22.95/month

How do I switch from the monthly membership to the annual membership?

Can I change the package on my annual membership? 

 

You can upgrade your membership, but you will not be able to downgrade. If you upgrade your membership, we will charge you the difference between the two packages for the remainder of your yearly subscription.  

How do I upgrade/downgrade my monthly subscription?

You will keep the same card you are currently using, and there will not be a lapse in service if this is completed during regular business hours.

As a Monthly Flash Pass Member, does my credit or debit card get charged on a monthly basis?

Yes, the credit or debit card we have on file will be billed on the same day the card was ordered each month. For example, if you ordered a card on December 1st, your credit card will be charged next on January 1st.  

Is there a membership fee?

There is no cost to become a Lightning Wash Flash Pass member.

Is there a long-term contract when I join?

No, you can cancel at any time!

MEMBERSHIP CARDS

How long does it take for me to get my membership card?

If an order is placed during the weekday, the cards are mailed out the next day. If the order is placed on a weekend, they are sent out Monday.

When can I start using my membership card/can I use a code right after I purchase?

You can start using the card once you receive it by mail. We do not give out membership codes upon purchase.

WASHING RESTRICTIONS

How often can I wash my vehicle in one month?

Memberships allow you to wash your vehicle once each day when the car washes are open. 

If I wash my car, how long do I need to wait to wash it again with my membership?

You may wash your car one time from 12 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. (midnight to midnight). 

Will my membership level work on lower level washes?

No. Your wash level membership will only work for that wash level.

*The Diamond wash subscription can be used at all locations. If the Diamond wash is not available at the location you are visiting, you will receive the Platinum wash.

RFID STICKERS

What is an RFID sticker and how does it work?

The RFID sticker is a chip that goes on your windshield that is read by our scanner. You don't have to roll down your window or slide a card. These must be ordered in one of our stores.

How long does it take for me to get my RFID sticker?

CANCELLATIONS

How do I cancel my Flash Pass Membership?

Please visit our website, login to your account and find the "cancel membership" button under the "Car Wash Cards" drop-down. From this page, you will see your active membership, and you can cancel. You will only see a cancel button with your membership if a card number has been associated with it, which can take up to three business days to complete after activation. You can cancel your membership at any time, but your card will remain active through the end of the month. We do not prorate credit card transactions.
